Good faith estimate

Note, THE PSYCHIATRIC Providers AND CLINICAL PROFESSIONALS at Anchored Wellness & Psychotherapy are not paneled with any insurance CARRIERS. Therefore, You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.

Depending on various factors such as (but not limited to) presenting concerns and treatment goals, you can expect to need between 12 and 30 psychotherapy sessions of 50 minutes each this year. Averaged cost for services can be found below in the Fee Schedule.

Psychotherapy Intake  

The initial intake will be charged at $200-295 per session for individuals and $225-325 for couple/family depending on the tenure of provider. You can expect a typical intake to last between 50-55 minutes.   

Individual, Couples and Family Psychotherapy   

Counseling fees are based on a 50-minute counseling session. The fee for individual counseling is $175-275 per session after initial intake, and family counseling (two or more individuals) is $200-300 per session depending on the tenure of provider.  Later appointments (7:00pm or after) as well as extended (90 minutes) and intensive (120 minutes) sessions are subject to additional cost for individual and for family sessions (two or more individuals).   

Parenting Consultations (without adolescent)   

We do believe in maintaining a collaborative relationship with the entire family within the limits of confidentiality. There may be times where it is more appropriate to meet with one or both parents of an adolescent that we are working with. The fee for this 50-min session is $225-300

Payment  

All major credit cards, cash and/or checks are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Superbill Requests

Anchored Wellness & Psychotherapy is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance companies directly. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of your out-of-network mental health services.

Upon request, we can provide a superbill, which is a detailed statement of services that includes the information generally required by insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for submitting the superbill to their insurance carrier and for confirming their individual out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, deductibles, and any other applicable requirements.

Please note: Providing a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. Insurance benefits and reimbursement decisions are determined solely by your insurance carrier.

To request a superbill, please complete the Superbill Request Form below. Note that superbills are provided at minimum monthly and all requests are typically processed 7-14 days. Superbill requests should be submitted after payment for the applicable service(s) has been received.

For questions regarding your insurance benefits or whether your plan provides out-of-network mental health benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly.

Cancellation Policy  
The providers at Anchored Wellness & Psychotherapy have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No show/late cancel notifications are subject to the full cost of the session. In the event of an emergency, please contact the office for further feedback.


While we believe that your mental wellbeing is worth the investment, we also understand that access to quality services is still a privilege for many. The senior providers at Anchored Wellness & Psychotherapy do reserve a number of appointments that can be offered for a reduced based on financial need and level of commitment. Additionally, members of our Anchored Clinician Collective Internship and Fellowship Program provide services at significantly reduced rates through Open Path and the Loveland Foundation as they receive training and supervision towards full licensure.
