ADULT GROUPS
Burnout to Balance is a structured, therapist-led group designed for adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and stretched thin. This short-term experience offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and learn practical tools to restore balance.
Participants will explore patterns contributing to burnout, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop more sustainable ways of engaging with work and life.
WHEN: Wednesdays at 5:30pm beginning June 3, 2026. You can expect each group will run approximately 60 min.

Just Us is a therapist-led process group designed for adult women seeking connection, support, and space to reflect on life’s challenges. This group offers an opportunity to share experiences, gain insight, and feel less alone in a supportive and confidential environment.
Participants are encouraged to bring real-life stressors, transitions, and emotional experiences into the space for exploration and support.

Shared Table is a therapist-supported lunch or happy hour group for individuals in eating disorder recovery. This group provides a structured yet relaxed environment to practice eating in a social setting while building comfort, flexibility, and connection.
The focus is not on what you eat, but on normalizing the experience of eating with others, reducing anxiety, and strengthening social confidence around meals.
