Mehak Merchant is a Lead Therapist and Director of Clinical Training at Anchored Wellness & Psychotherapy, providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in Atlanta. She brings a unique global perspective to her work, shaped by living across different cultures and engaging with diverse lived experiences.

She believes that storytelling and meaning-making are central to healing. Her work creates space for clients to honor their experiences while developing a deeper understanding of themselves in the present. Through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration, Mehak fosters an environment that is affirming, reflective, and free of judgment.
